Yoga with Tess

Hello and Welcome!
My name is Tess, and I am a qualified Forrest Yoga Teacher and a Poppy Perinatal Yoga Training Graduate, based in Edinburgh and Midlothian.

I offer group and private classes (either online or face to face as restrictions allow).

Yoga Classes:

Yoga is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breath to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

Forrest Yoga

Forrest Yoga helps to address the physical and emotional stresses and challenges we face in our modern day lives. It helps you to breathe deeply, build strength, flexibility and self-awareness.

Perinatal Yoga

The Poppy Perinatal approach aims to help pregnant people prepare emotionally and physcially for birth, and postpartum people to adjust to their transformation with more ease and support.

Private Yoga

If you would like to work on a specific aspect in your practice, or if you are unsure about or unable to join a class, I also offer 1 to 1 classes (from ÂŁ25). Please contact me to discuss options.
